Environmental 360 Solutions Inc. (E360S) is pleased to announce it has acquired Waste Container Services Inc. (“WCS” or the “Company”) headquartered in Toronto, Ontario.
Waste Container Services has been locally owned and operated since 2003 by the Jardine family and services the Greater Toronto and surrounding areas. WCS has grown from roll off and commercial dumpster service to also include portable toilet rental and servicing.
E360S’ CEO, Donato Ardellini said “We are excited welcome WCS’s President, Geof Jardine, and his dedicated employees to the E360S team. The Jardine family has built a great business over the last 19 years and will serve as a platform for E360S to continue to build upon. Furthermore, this acquisition provides E360S with an entry point into the Greater Toronto area which will enable us to penetrate the largest market in Canada, and further expand our footprint in Ontario.
